Ingredients:

  • 2 packages Searay Baby Cuttlefish
  • 4 tbsp satay sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 onion, roughly cut
  • 1 red pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 green pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces

Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions:

  • Thaw the Baby Cuttlefish, then rinse and gently pat them dry.

  • In a pan, heat 3 tbsp of oil. Pan fry onions and peppers until the onion is translucent. Set them aside.

  • In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Pan fry the garlic and satay sauce along with the Baby Cuttlefish.

  • Add the Seasoning and mix well. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.

  • Return the previously set aside onions and peppers to the pan. Cook until everything is heated through.
