Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, EGG, Corn Starch, Salt, Potassium Carbonate, Food Color (FD&C yellow No 5 & No 6)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Defrost noodle in room temperature for 20 minutes or until it loosens up.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Please noodle in boiling water.
4. Cook for 30-35 Seconds
5. Place noodles in strainer
6. Run and toss noodles under cold water for 10-20 seconds
7. Ready to serve
Dry tossed : Add soysauce, chili oil, diced green onions, and cooked meat
Soups: Add to wonton soups or other soups of choosing
